Yoga classes are held currently on Mondays and Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:15. Erica has package plans for multiple classes as well as walk in prices.
Erica has a true passion for healthy living. She follows a holistic approach when working with her clients, drawing upon both her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and her 220-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. While gaining strength, flexibility, and losing weight are great benefits of the proper lifestyle; it is the balance that it brings to an individual’s life that motivates her most. She enjoys her work as a trainer and yoga teacher because she gets to witness an individual improve their well-being and realize their fitness goals. In addition, yoga also helps to develop a grounding force to face the physical and emotional challenges that life brings.
